Members at Endeavour Energy have secured an important workplace win following strong advocacy and consultation throughout the recent restructure process.

The outcome will allow affected employees to remain on their existing 35-hour work week arrangements and retain their rostered day off (RDO) through a grandfathering clause, rather than being required to transition to a 40-hour week and lose this long-standing condition.

This result recognises the value of existing workplace arrangements and provides certainty for employees who have built their work-life balance around the current roster system. It also demonstrates the power of collective action, with members raising concerns, participating in consultation, and standing together to protect their conditions.

The United Services Union thanks all members who engaged throughout the process. This outcome reinforces the importance of having a strong union voice at the table to ensure workers’ concerns are heard and respected during periods of organisational change.
