The Blacktown Enterprise Agreement is coming up for negotiation and members have been asked on what they want to see improved.
It could be something affecting their pay, hours, flexibility, leave, progression, conditions or something specific to their team or workplace.
We also encouraged staff to speak to their USU Workplace Delegate or Organiser about ideas they would like considered.
The feedback received from members across Blacktown Council is being used to help develop the log of claims taken into negotiations.
