If the vote for this proposed agreement by your employer is successful:

  • Your minimum hours of work will increase
  • Your employer will have removed the requirement to consult with employees
  • Your privacy will be compromised as your employer has removed confidentiality from EAP visits
  • Your employer will not be required to offer staff assistance to those who are impacted by Domestic Violence
  • Your wages in real terms will go backwards compared to the real increases to living costs
  • Your employer will have failed to recognise your hard work and long hours you do in your job
