New delegates have recently been appointed at NRMA to join an expanded delegate team. Our existing delegate Casey Munro decided to add an additional 2 new delegates, including a position specifically for the Gosford Office.

This change is reflective of the increase in membership since Casey became a delegate in 2024. Membership has now grown to nearly 100 members at the NRMA, nearly double the number since Casey came aboard, creating the need for additional representation in the workplace. This is a testament to the hard work of Casey in providing strong representation to members.

These delegates come from different areas across the NRMA network, and will give members substantial coverage and representation from the delegates. Through having strong representation on site, we have recently run several disputes to resolve workplace issues, including EBA breaches, unsafe workloads, vicarious trauma issues in the contact centre that have furthered our growth; and have increased our trust and reputation with members, which historically has been difficult to come by.

In 2026, with the help of our new delegates working with organiser Peter Munford, we will launch a campaign to grow our membership further through tackling issues impacting our members across the NRMA.
