The USU Organiser Danielle Kelly and Acting Industrial Officer Luke Hutchinson have been successful in negotiating backpay for Library Assistants who have been performing higher grade duties for the past 2 plus years.
A settlement figure was agreed between our members and Council with a Deed of Release being executed for all members who were entitled to a settlement.
USU Delegate Jasmine Andrews (Pictured) worked many hours in conjunction with the impacted members as being the main point of contact between the USU Officials and Library Staff.
