SS&C Technologies are a creating an exciting new chapter by negotiating a Enterprise Agreement under their own individual company. Our Members Previously were employed and had an Enterprise Agreement with Mine Super and SS&C Technologies have formed a business relationship with Mine and SS&C are a service provider.
The United Services Union and SS&C commenced conversations late last year, and with Recruiting members Glenn Padgett & Sandra Van der Van as Delegates who undertook training in our Rutherford office expressed interest for a SS&C EA.
Fast Forward to April 2024, Glenn and Sandra along with their passionate team of members formed a Bargaining Committee, have surveyed the membership and put together a very exciting log of claims to commence negotiations with management for a vision that provides stability, growth and empowerment for employees of SS&C.
