We are stepping up the pressure on Virgin Australia to force the airline to pay its worker’s fair pay.
 
Your bargaining representatives have met with Virgin Australia to negotiate your new enterprise agreement. We have formally asked VA to immediately provide an administrative pay increase to workers, even if it’s only 2%, as a temporary measure and that we can return to negotiate the total amount in 2023.
 
Workers at Virgin Australia have gone without a proper pay increase for three years and deserve a wage increase that keeps up with the cost of living.
 
But Virgin Australia are dragging their feet and still haven’t confirmed their position on pay.
