HCF Enterprise Agreement 2018
Following a second vote on the Enterprise Agreement in August 2018, HCF employees have a new agreement to be approved by the Fair Work Commission in the coming months.

Despite a previous NO vote, HCF has advised they will be presenting the same agreement as last time. We are urging our members to vote NO again.
Clearing the confusion at NPBS
The USU continues to received feedback from both Part Time employees as well as Branch Managers and ABM’s at Newcastle Permanent Building Society, confirming that they are unsure of the relevant/applicable basis for employees to be paid. We need to take action.
