IMB ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT CERTIFIED! Wages and Allowances Increased

The new agreement was certified by the Fair Work Commission on 18 February 2019 and comes into effect immediately. With the new agreement in place you are now entitled to back pay of salary increases. The Union has been informed that salary increases will be back dated to 3 September 2018.

What this means for you is beginning Thursday 28 February you will receive your new rate of pay (for the period 18 February – 2 March).

The back payment for the period 3 September 2018 to 16 February 2019 will be paid on 14 March 2019.

The table below outlines the percentage increases for Grades 1 to 5 you will be entitled for 2018.

Please be aware that under this agreement if you work Saturday shifts you are now entitled to receive an increase in the Saturday loading to 50% for those shifts.
