You will receive a 4% pay increase in your first full pay period after 1 July.

Over months of negotiations, USU delegates joined monthly online meetings with the negotiating team, helping shape bargaining priorities, test proposals and keep members informed at their councils.

Throughout negotiations, members also joined regular online meetings directly with the negotiating team, giving workers another opportunity to hear updates, ask questions and provide feedback as bargaining progressed.
