On Tuesday 19 December 2017 the United Services Union’s Clare Raffan, USU Delegates Chris Grant, Kerry Vallely and Chris Galan, and Employee Bargaining Representatives, met with Tabcorp management in relation to the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
The USU proudly presented Tabcorp with the USU petition calling on the company to use the Clerks -Private Sector Award 2010 in the Better Off Overall Test for your EBA.
There were 179 signatures on the petition and the USU congratulates all staff for standing together and showing management that you care about your EBA and that you want management to use the relevant Award that contains the classification for the work you do.
As the end of year is busy for everyone, we are looking at having our next EBA meeting in early February 2018. The USU continues to press the case for the Clerks Award and we hope that Tabcorp will listen to their staff.
