USU/ASU delegates and representatives met on 15th February 2018 with Slater and Gordon management and their legal representatives to discuss consultation about the restructure that was announced on 7th February 2018.

Over the last week ASU members have had their say on the proposed new agreement, and it’s a resounding YES around the country. The online voting system opens at 6am on Wednesday 21 February 2018, and will close at 8pm on Tuesday 27 February 2018. Make sure you have your say.

We urge all union members to attend depot meetings being held across Ausgrid next week to discuss your EBA. This is your chance to have your say directly to management and to ensure your voice is heard by your unions.
USU/ASU negotiating team recommends a deal @ Virgin
Your USU/ASU national negotiating team have been working hard to get a deal on the table from management that we could recommend to members to accept. We now have a proposal for a new enterprise agreement that we are prepared to recommend that members accept.
Slaters refuse to consult
Your USU/ASU delegates had a very unsatisfactory meeting today (9th February 2018) with Slater and Gordon HR Head Carolyn Noumertzis and a representative of Korda Mentha.
