The USU Energy Branch has adopted a new approach to engaging with our regional TransGrid membership and intends to conduct regular visits.

At this stage we have committed to visits to the Orange site, which coincide with commitments we have in Lithgow throughout 2018, and it is intended that we will add other regional sites to the itinerary throughout 2018.

The ideas and itinerary are still being developed, however, we felt it was important to communicate this information to you all the same.

It is also intended to develop a regular calendar to visit our Sydney metro membership and we will advise you as those plans develop.

At this point the regional run to Orange is as follows. This is subject to change to incorporate other regional sites at each of the listed dates:

• Tuesday 1 May & Wednesday 2 May;
• Tuesday 26 June and Wednesday 27 June;
• Tuesday 28 August & Wednesday 29 August;
• Tuesday 30 October & Wednesday October 31; and
• Tuesday 4 December & Wednesday 5 December.

STAY tuned for other dates and locations to be announced!
