The USU participated in two days of talks last week with Essential Energy with the second day in the Fair Work Commission in Sydney on Friday 5th July.
We will continue to push back over job cuts @ Ausgrid
The USU does not accept that the savings the business seeks as a result of the AER ’19 – ’24 determination should come mainly as a result of such savage cuts to labour.

Good news! Your next EBA pay increase of 2.75% is due to commence on the first full pay period after 1 July 2019.

Good news! Your next EBA pay increase of 3% is due to commence on the first full pay period after 1 July 2019. This will be the last scheduled pay increase for the current EBA. It is important that all employees join the union prior to negotiations for the next EBA. Together we achieve much more than we do alone.
