Following last week’s EA vote staff have overwhelmingly rejected Armaguard’s proposed pay increases.
Over 70% of staff at the Rosehill branch alone voted down the proposal and an overall 63% of voters across all branches rejected the offer.
Your delegates and union will be meeting again with Armaguard on December 20 to renegotiate the terms.
Staff have spoken loud and clear, now is the time to get active.
Encourage your colleagues to join their union and remain united in the upcoming negotiations.Your union will be holding meetings coming up to the next meeting, the date will be confirmed in the coming days.
