The USU Organiser Danielle Kelly was contacted by a USU member and Delegate who had concerns regarding an upcoming meeting to discuss alleged performance concerns.
The Organiser attended the meeting with our member and highlighted after initial discussions, there was not enough to warrant a possible Performance Improvement Plan and that there appeared to be a broader issue across the team relating to processes and communication. It was determined that a Performance Improvement Plan was not appropriate.
