USU members at Waverley Council are set to begin negotiations for a new Enterprise Agreement; the first since 2010.
Over recent months, members have had their say by submitting claims and voting on which issues matter most. That collective input has shaped the log of claims your Union will now take into bargaining.
With strong delegate structures across both outdoor and indoor areas, Waverley members are well placed to negotiate for better conditions, address recruitment and retention issues, and secure a fairer deal for the workforce.
