Last Friday, your USU Bargaining Representatives met with the Teachers Health P&L Representatives to progress negotiations for your Enterprise Agreement (EA). 


As you may be aware, THF have proposed to rollover your EA for another year whilst passing on a 1 year pay increase with effect from the 1st of January 2022.

What’s the new offer? 
At last Friday’s meeting, management increased their offer from 1.5% to 2% as part of their proposed rollover.  We are disappointed by the lack of movement in management’s pay offer considering we sought a 4.5% pay increase at our initial EA meeting a fortnight ago.  Have your say!

Is 2% good enough? 
Ultimately, the position taken by your union will be determined by our members.
