In mid-September, our partners, Australian Mutual Bank, took to the road with our Riverina branch organiser, Brian Harrington to visit our members at Balranald Shire Council, Wentworth Shire Council and Broken Hill City Council.

At Wentworth Shire Council, one of our USU branded meeting notice corflutes was being put to good use, thanks to delegate and Riverina BCOM member, Ross Gilbert.
While members ate their free BBQ breakfast, morning tea or afternoon tea they were updated on union business and heard directly from USU Member Specialists Glen Warner and Rebecca Viney about the products and services available to them through Australian Mutual Bank.
Each meeting was well attended and members appreciated having the opportunity to meet Glen and Rebecca, who head the dedicated team at Australian Mutual Bank that looks after USU members.
These meetings were coordinated by the USU, who worked with each council and Australian Mutual Bank to make them happen.
Thank you, Glen and Rebecca for joining Brian on the road and covering hundreds of kilometres in just a few days.
