The USU’s much-loved Metro Picnic competition is back — and this year, it’s bigger than ever.
For the next 8 weeks, members will have their say on where the 2026 Metro Picnic should be held. Whether you want to revisit your favourite location or somewhere new, this is your chance to help shape the day.
And it wouldn’t be a USU competition without prizes! Every member who casts a vote will go into the draw to win an incredible $7,000 holiday to Cairns.
The Metro Picnic is one of the highlights of our union calendar, a chance for members and their families to come together, relax, and celebrate what we achieve as a union.
