We are pleased to advise that the Fair Work Commission has approved the new ASU/Slater and Gordon Lawyers’ Agreement on 22nd January 2018.
The Agreement commences operation on Monday 29th January 2018. Payroll have confirmed that the back pay will be processed as part of the first full pay period under the new Agreements. Back pay will be made on Tuesday 13 February 2018 to those who are eligible for back pay.
Make sure you check your back pay carefully and if you have any concerns contact your local USU/ASU delegate or organiser.
