The USU has been advised that TransGrid has opened its Employee Engagement Survey.
We advise that members should be extremely wary of completing this survey – you may be aware that TransGrid were provided a breakdown of voting within business units for the recent vote on the Enterprise Agreement. This breakdown made it very easy for the business to identify individuals.
Despite receiving correspondence from the USU & ETU on this breach of privacy, TransGrid have done nothing to address these concerns other than to say that your union organisers will be provided the opportunity to scrutineer further voting.
The USU is of a firm view that your privacy is at risk should you decide to complete the survey.
