As members are probably aware, the Newcastle Permanent Building Society is reviewing its application of the Two Person Policy.
The Newcastle Permanent is consulting with the United Services Union to ensure that any concerns raised to the union with regards to the application of the Two Person Policy have been taken into account in that review process.
Your input is imperative in ensuring that this policy is reviewed with everyone’s comments and concerns taken into account.
If you are a member working in Head Office, it is not compulsory to complete the survey, however if you wish to complete the survey, your responses will be appreciated and taken into consideration as well.
