The vote on the Transgrid Enterprise Agreement was extremely close, with 411 votes approving the Agreement and 409 votes rejecting it.
So that we can be satisfied that the vote wasn’t in any way compromised, we are asking our members to email us any concerns they may have encountered in casting their vote.
To that end, we ask you to provide any information pertaining to, but not limited to:
- Did you experience any technical issues with the vote;
- Did you have access to the Agreement and comparison documents throughout the access period; or
- Were you coerced by someone in a position of seniority with regards to your vote?
This isn’t an exhaustive list of issues that can arise.
