The Union seeks expressions of interest from financial members of the Union and who are members of legalsuper who are interested in representing the Union as a Trustee on the legalsuper Board.
Trustees are responsible and accountable for the management and administration of all Union members Superannuation requirements referred to them by the General Secretary or the appropriate delegated Officer.
Applicants need to demonstrate in their response:
- evidence of committed involvement within USU
- knowledge of Superannuation regulations and statutory requirements
- written and oral communication skills
- sound financial skills including investment knowledge or economic qualifications.
