Union members have shown their support for their new enterprise agreement with 96. 16% voting YES.
The Parties to the Agreement will now complete the documents so that the Agreement can be registered.
From discussions your Union has had with our members we are all hoping this result will be the turning of a corner and that the manner in which Management, Unions and our members work together will be far more consultative. We are hopeful that Management will recognise the value of our members’ contributions to the future success of Essential Energy.
This is a great result, and a nice way to finish off 2017.
