What’s the deal?

Despite 4 months of negotiations, management have stubbornly stalled on a 1-year 2.5% pay increase and are betting on you give up on the conditions your union fought hard for from the beginning.

Your union have negotiated from an offer of 1.5% to 2.5%, however that does not go far enough to recognise our tireless work in the last year, not only keeping the company afloat during its most challenging times but setting record profits and membership retention rates in the last financial year.

It is not just the precedented 3% yearly pay increase management are betting on you to give up – it is more importantly the Security Clause in our current Agreement which guarantees that our pay increases do not fall below CPI.

This year, CPI is slightly above 3%, yet management will not honour that clause in our agreement during negotiations, only stalling at 2.5%.


You have made your voices very clear during a series of member meetings held last week and our subsequent survey.

Over 80% percent of our members have signalled their intention to vote NO to this offer.

Now it’s your turn to make your voices heard loud and clear to management!

We will not give up on the conditions we fought so hard for.

We must stand together to for our fair share!
