USU Organiser Danielle Kelly was contacted recently by two members from the Works Depot who had concerns as they had not been receiving the entitlement of on-call allowance.
We were successful through the Grievance process and after discussions with Council and payroll a back payment has been finalised send paid to our members.
Our members were very happy with the outcome and said they are grateful for the assistance of the USU. USU member Anthony (pictured) was proud of the result.
