Bargaining for the first merged NGM EBA will be starting next week – and we want you to take a seat at the table with your union!
We are calling for Expressions of Interest for USU EBA Bargaining Representatives to work alongside your delegates-
- Are you a passionate member who is committed to supporting fellow members, working in consultation with the Union and the employer to improve the working lives of workers at NGM? It’s time to deliver an EBA members deserve!
- You will have the support of your Organiser who will be at the bargaining table with you, as well as the resources from your union. The USU will notify NGM that you are a USU Representative and will arrange all the necessary time you need with management to be able to represent your co-workers in the negotiations.
- All applications are required to be financial members of the USU.
We want to ensure the best possible outcome for all staff at NGM, and to do that, we need your input, across the branch network, head office, mobile lenders and contact centre staff. Having perspective from across the entire NGM Group is essential to ensuring that everyone’s voices are heard!
